Though our packaging is changing it still features the same great flavor and quality coffee you have come to trust and loved.

Tony Buckholz, the President and CEO of Goodman Vending has been named the new Vice President of the Tri-State Automatic Merchandising Association, which is an organization of vending and coffee services operators, suppliers, manufacturers, and brokers in Pa, NJ, and Delaware.

Here at Goodman Vending Service we have been aware of the FDA recall on peanut butter for several days. We have been diligently researching all aspects of the recall and its effect on any products we provide. The recall is limited to just peanut butter manufactured by the Peanut Corporation of America. NO products that we currently offer in our vending machines contain peanut butter from the Peanut Corporation of America. We have obtained confirmation letters to this effect from our suppliers such as Lance, Smuckers, Hershey, Reeses, M&M Mars, Tastykake, Costas, and others. We will continue to monitor the recall very closely, and will respond immediately if the recall broadens to include any products we currently provide. January 01, 2009: Give Me My Sammy
No matter how great the service is from a vending company, once in awhile a machine is going to malfunction. When this happens we have refund systems set up for our clients. One of the systems we use in our refund envelope where a customer can write their info and their refund request. There is a space on the envelope to that says please explain how you loss occurred. In this space we get the usual stuff like cup did not drop, or product hung up. We recently got one that was a bit humorous. The customer was using a food machine that features an elevator, which brings down the selected product. Unfortunately the machine malfunctioned, and the customers product ended up on top of the elevator, riding up and down as others made purchases. In the space on the envelope the customer wrote, Do you see that sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast pocket on top of the conveyer? That was supposed to be mine!!.

July 01, 2003: Cabela Superstore Pacts Goodman Vending
Goodman Vending Service has been chosen as exclusive provider of vending services at Cabela's new superstore in Hamburg, PA. The store is slated to open this fall, and will employ some 700 people. Goodman will install vending machines in Cabela's employee cafeteria. Plans call for providing hot beverage machines offering a choice of two cup sizes plus flavored and specialty coffees, large glassfront cold drink vender stocked with bottled and canned soft drinks, juices and water, a postmix cold drink vender, and refrigerated and frozen food equipment offering everything from entrees to ice cream. Cabela's started in 1961 as a small Wyoming retailer of outdoor apparel and accessories, and has grown into "The World's Foremost Outfitter." The Hamburg, PA store will be the 11th unit in the chain; at 225,000 sq.ft., it is approximately the same size as Cabela's largest outlet situated in Dundee, MI.

June 04, 2009: Lance Reformulates Sandwich Crackers To Meet Health Demands
CHARLOTTE, NC -- In response to changing nutritional demands from consumers, Lance has replaced its wheat sandwich crackers with whole grain and removed high-fructose corn syrup from all of its sandwich crackers.
As part of the switch from wheat to whole grain sandwich crackers, Lance is replacing its Swiss on Wheat with Sharp Cheddar Cheese on Whole Grain. Other whole grain varieties include: Real Peanut Butter on Whole Grain and Real Cheddar Cheese on Whole Grain. All Lance sandwich cracker varieties are baked fresh with real cheese or peanut butter and contain no preservatives or trans fat.
Additionally, Lance has removed high-fructose corn syrup from all 13 varieties of its sandwich crackers. High- fructose corn syrup has been under increased scrutiny from consumers and nutritional professionals for its potential link to the rise in type 2 diabetes, obesity and other health problems.
